FARMERS ASSOCIATIONS OF THE REGION LIMA PARTICIPATE IN THE THIRD GASTRONOMY FAIR 2010 Mistura

A Gates held the Third Gastronomic Fair Mistura, 2010, to be held in Lima from 07 to 12 next September, the Regional Government bodies such as Lima Directorate of Agriculture Regional (DRAL) Production Management (DRP) and Directorate of Tourism and Foreign Trade (DIRCETUR) conducted the first coordination meeting with the various associations that seek to participate in this event.

This meeting will inform those attending the support provided by the Regional Government of Lima as the rental of 8 stands and decorated them for displaying their products. Also train the participants so that they give adequate attention to visitors.

For its part, the associations will have to afford the logistics, such as transfer of its products, the selection of suitable personnel for care during the day throughout the fair and its respective residence.

should be noted that there are 17 productive partnerships that seek to participate in this great event, including: Producers Association Mills Gorgor (Cajatambo) Huanangui (Huaura), National Consortium of Producers Peach Peru (Huaura) Lucuma Producers Association (Huaral), Goat Cattle Producers The Goat (Sing), Association of Dairy Producers Pariamarca (Singing).

also Dairy Association Castenada San Pedro de Casta (Huarochirí) Otao Cumbe Agribusiness Association (Huarochirí) Tuna Association and Cochineal APROTYC (Huarochirí), Association of wine producers ( Cañete) Producers Association Goat Yogurt Santa Barbara (Cañete), among others.

All these associations to realize their participation in the fair will go through an assessment of quality and quantity of its products, partnerships will be formalized and have active RUC. For this evaluation the DRAL , DRP and DIRCETUR have appointed a review committee who will have to verify all the above requirements.
