Lima Regional Government defined the list of producers who will represent the region as exhibitors at the Food Fair III Mistura 2010 to be held from Tuesday 7 to Sunday 12 September in the capital of Peru. Each
one of the 14 participants passed the evaluation of quality and quantity of their products and formalize their partnerships. These tests were carried out by an evaluation committee comprising officials from the Regional Directorate of Agriculture (DRAL), Regional Production Directorate (Direpro) and Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Dircetur).
